Our story in hospitality began in 1986 with a career in real estate. In 2001 we started Gorge Rentals, and then in 2002 we opened the Oak Street Hotel.
Each of our businesses reflect our desire to enjoy and share the beauty of the Gorge with locals and travelers alike. We take our responsibility of service to you seriously. At the same time, we have fun with our work. Always up for a lemonade on the front porch of our 1909 historic office, we look forward to serving you.

Lodging Manager – Furnished Properties
Our lodge manager is the orchestrator of all property operations for our furnished rentals including vacation homes and 30 day+ rentals. Their role involves overseeing property bookings, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing the day-to-day functions of our accommodations. From reservation coordination to maintaining high standards of hospitality, they play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Tenant Services is the heartbeat of our unfurnished rental department, dedicated to ensuring tenant satisfaction and a harmonious living experience for our long term tenants.
